We just wrapped up Week One! We are on a 4 day a week schedule that will take us into next summer. It’s giving us a very easy pace. We are up by 7ish every morning and school starts at 8. We’re finished by 2:30, including chores.

It’s Menu Plan Monday here and at Org Junkie. This week is about keeping. it. simple. We start school tomorrow (Gah!) and I tried to plan quick and simple meals.
Monday
Lunch- Ramen Noodles (Did I mention simple?)
Dinner- Tacos
Tuesday
Lunch- PBJ, carrots, grapes (Again, simple.)
